Durable, Well-Vented Motor Design

The PCS10-4 uses a rigid stamped steel frame, strong ferrite motor, aluminum voice coil former, and 4-layer voice coil to provide dependable subwoofer performance. Venting through the voice coil former, pole piece, and under-spider area helps improve airflow around the motor structure, reducing heat buildup during extended playback. Combined with the large flat spider and large-roll rubber surround, these construction details help the driver stay controlled, stable, and reliable even under high-output conditions.
