Dayton Loudspeaker crossovers were engineered for convenience and performance. Mounted on a 5"x 7" terminal cup, these crossovers are easy to install and provides a professional "factory finish" look to your speaker project. Using Butterworth alignments, they feature a 12 dB slope on the low pass and 18 dB slope on the high pass. For added flexibility, a 100 watt L-pad is included to allow adjustment of the tweeters output level. The high pass protection circuit contains tungsten filament lamps that safely absorb input overloads to help prevent tweeter burnout. Both 5-way gold plated binding posts and 1/4" input jacks are provided for a variety of hook up options. An additional 1/4" jack is included so you can "daisy chain" additional speakers.

Only the finest components are used. High voltage, precision mylar film capacitors are found in both the high and low pass sections. To keep DC resistance to a minimum, they utilize high power air core inductors, 14 ga. on the low pass and 18 ga. on the high pass. All components are securely fastened to eliminate buzzing and vibrations. Two models cover the most popular crossover frequencies. For use with 8 ohm drivers. 600 watt RMS power handling.
